Core and slice the pear into thin wedges, slice the onion into thin wedges too. Spread the base with the Camembert Cream, add the pear wedges, onion slices, tear the ham into pieces and place on top. Sprinkle with coarsely cracked pepper and bake at 225 °C for around 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the lingonberries and chives.
