Barbecue Camembert Skewers with Chicken

Slice the Camembert into three pieces and the chicken breast into half-inch pieces. Chop the peppers into long strips and the spring onions into discs. Arrange on wooden skewers, brush with olive oil and grill on both sides, either on a barbeque or a grill pan. Halve the cherry tomatoes, wash the rocket and dish out. Mix the vinegar, olive oil, mustard, honey, salt and pepper together and dress the salad, serve alongside the skewers.

400 gchicken breast
2 red and yellow peppers
7 spring onions
2 handfulrocket
300 gcherry tomatoes
2 tbsp.balsamic vinegar
4 tbsp.olive oil
1 tsp.mustard
1 tsp.honey
