Halve, stone and peel the avocado, crush in a bowl with the lemon juice and soft cheese, season with salt and pepper. Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy. Briefly toast the bread. Fry the Camembert in a grill pan and afterwards cut into slices. Cover the slices of bread with the avocado puree, slices of cheese and bacon, sprinkle with coarsely cracked pepper and fresh cress. If you want something a bit more filling, fry an egg and place on top of the cheese.
