Wash pear, remove core and cut into slices. Halve tramezzini slices diagonally. Cover 8 half tramezzini slices with Parma ham. Spread ALPENHAIN Baked Camembert on top and cover with the pear slices. Place the remaining tramezzini slices on top and press a little.
- Spread oil on a pan. Fry the tramezzini in small portions for 6-8 minutes while turning. It's best to weigh it down with a pot.
