Sweet, piquant Apple Plum Crumble with ALPENHAIN Baked Camembert

preparing

  1. Wash, quarter, core and dice the apples. Wash plums, halve and pit them. Mix honey, lemon juice and calvados and then mix the mixture with the apples, plums.
  2. Cut ALPENHAIN Baked Camembert into small cubes. Mix with oat flakes and almond slivers. Pour the apple-plum mixture into a round baking dish. Sprinkle with cranberries and add Camembert oat-flakes mixture. In a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200°C/convection: 175°C/gas: see manufacturer’s instructions) bake for 15-20 minutes. Take crumble out of the oven. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.

3 apples
300 gplums
5 tbsp.liquid honey
2 lemon, juiced
40 mlcalvados (apple brandy)
2 piecesALPENHAIN Breaded Camembert
2 tbsp.delicate oat flakes
2 tbsp.almond slivers
4 tbsp.dried cranberries
1 tbsp.icing sugar
