- Wash, quarter, core and dice the apples. Wash plums, halve and pit them. Mix honey, lemon juice and calvados and then mix the mixture with the apples, plums.
- Cut ALPENHAIN Baked Camembert into small cubes. Mix with oat flakes and almond slivers. Pour the apple-plum mixture into a round baking dish. Sprinkle with cranberries and add Camembert oat-flakes mixture. In a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200°C/convection: 175°C/gas: see manufacturer’s instructions) bake for 15-20 minutes. Take crumble out of the oven. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
