Brie triangles
garnished with fresh fruit


50 g   kiwi
50 g   pears
50 g   apples
50 g   berries of the season
20 g   brown sugar
mint leaves
100 g   Brie triangles


Serves four



1. Wash and core the pears and apples and cut
them into wedges.
2. Peel the kiwi and cut into small pieces.
3. Prepare the Brie triangles as shown in the instructions.
4. Mix the pieces of fruit with the berries and arrange
on the plate with the Brie triangles, sprinkle
sugar over the fruit and garnish with the mint.


In the oven:

160° C, approx. 10 minutes


In the deep fryer:

170° C, approx. 3 1/2 to 4 minutes
