Athena cheese en crote
with grilled vegetables


1   aubergine
1   courgettes
2   small paprika
12 tbsp.   olive oil
herbes de Provence
salt and pepper
300 g   Athena cheese en crote
100 g   tsatsiki


Serves four



1. Cut the aubergine and courgettes into slices and
the paprika into pieces.
2. Marinate the vegetables in olive oil with herbs,
salt and pepper for approx. 1/2 hour and then
3. Prepare the Athena cheese en crote (1 per person)
as shown in the instructions.
4. Serve the vegetables and the finished Athena
cheese en crote with the tsatsiki dip.


In the oven:

180° C, approx. 11 to 12 minutes


In the deep fryer:

170° C, approx. 1 1/2 to 2 minutes


In the frying pan:

Medium heat, approx. 6 minutes
