In practice, however, our soft cheeses made from fresh alpine milk are so delicious that they are scoffed down within a very short time. A particularly slow, regularly controlled maturing process ensures the unique taste of Camembert and brie. And to ensure that this is preserved until the cheese reaches the plate, our products are individually packaged.
