Culinary ideas with ALPENHAIN cheese-specialities

Gratinated Camembert
        with wild cranberries

Zutaten:

4 pear   halves
4 slices   Rotter Klosterkäse
300 g   Camembert en crote
100 g   wild cranberries

 

Serves four

 

Zubereitung:

1. Slice the four pear halves into wedges.
2. Prepare the Camembert en crote as shown in the
instructions.
3. Place the pears on the baked Camembert.
4. Spread the wild cranberries on top.
5. Bake everything with a slice of Alpenhain‘s „Rotter
Klosterkäse“.

 

In the oven:

220° C, approx. 8 to 10 minutes

 

In the deep fryer:

160° C, approx. 2 to 3 minutes

 

In the frying pan:

Medium heat, approx. 6 to 8 minutes
